heydiga

Service in several languages

Serves every customer in their own language, with no interpreter in between.

When the call comes in another language

In a tourist area, three out of ten calls arrive in a language nobody on the team speaks well.

Today
  • Somebody goes looking for the one person on the team with some English.
  • If that person is off, the call is lost.
  • The conversation gets cut to the bare minimum because neither side understands.
  • The name is written down wrong and the booking comes out with errors.
  • The foreign customer ends up writing online, if they persist at all.
With heydiga
  • It answers in their language from the first sentence.
  • It does not depend on any one person being there.
  • The conversation is complete: it explains, resolves and books.
  • The details are taken correctly, spelled out if need be.
  • The foreign customer books by phone, like anybody else.

What everybody asks

Six quick answers to get the doubts out of the way.

Is it useful for a business with lots of foreign customers?

Yes, and that is where it counts most: heydiga answers in 50 languages, so a foreign customer can explain themselves, get their question answered and book by phone like anyone else, with no interpreter in between. It shows in businesses with customers from abroad, such as holiday rentals, new builds on the coast, clinics in tourist areas or city-centre restaurants, where 3 out of 10 calls arrive in a language nobody on the team speaks well.

Does all the business information have to be translated?

No, heydiga uses the same business information in every language: it is given once and it answers in whichever language is needed. There are not five versions of opening hours, services and prices to keep up to date, and there is no need to translate the website, hire anyone or set up a number per language. The only choice is the base language, the one it greets callers in and the team works in.

What happens if a call in another language has to go to a person?

heydiga transfers it to the team member who speaks that language, if the business has one, with the reason already explained. If nobody speaks it or that person is not available, it takes a message and leaves it translated into the business's base language, so the team knows what the customer wanted without having understood the call.

Does it book just as well in another language?

Yes, heydiga books on the same calendar in any language, so the appointment is booked the same whoever asks for it. The conversation is complete, not cut down to the bare minimum: it explains, resolves and books, and takes the details down correctly, spelled out if need be, so the booking does not end up with the name written down wrong.

What languages does the voice agent speak?

heydiga speaks 50 languages and detects the caller's language to reply in it. If the customer switches language mid-conversation, heydiga switches with them, without the business having to configure anything or pass the call to anyone.

Can it transfer the call to someone on the team?

Yes, heydiga transfers the call to a person when needed, along with what has been said so far, so the customer does not have to repeat it. The business decides which number or extension it goes to and in which cases: when the customer asks, complaints, sensitive matters or any other case it defines.

Try it in your language and four others

Call and speak to it in another language. You will see where the conversation goes.

The phone causes more trouble

If this one rings a bell, these three will too. Each is solved on its own.

When a real person is needed, the call gets through instead of getting lost.
Two channels, one assistant, no duplicate appointments.
An appointment falls through and it is offered to the next in line before the slot goes cold.
