What not picking up costs you

Every unanswered call is a client ringing the salon next door. This is what changes with digalook.

Today
  • The phone rings and the team's hands are busy. Either it rings out, or the service is interrupted.
  • The salon closes at eight and the phone keeps ringing. Exactly when people plan their week.
  • Gaps in the calendar from no-shows, last-minute changes and appointments nobody confirmed.
With digalook
  • Answers first time, resolves the question and books the appointment. Nobody looks up.
  • Answers at any hour, every day. Bookings come in with the shutters down.
  • Reminds, confirms and reassigns. The calendar arrives full the next day.
40%
4 out of 10 bookings come in outside opening hours.
-25%
No-shows fall when the appointment is reminded and confirmed.

Everything it resolves on its own

Six things that take up the team's time today and will not tomorrow. Open any of them and see exactly how it works.

Always answers, even once the salon has closed, which is when most people book.
Checks slots, books, moves and cancels straight in the calendar.
Warns, confirms and recovers the slot if somebody drops out.
Answers what is included, what it costs and how long it takes, without slipping up.
Serves each client in their own language, with no interpreter in between.
If it does not know, it says so and passes the call. It never improvises.
80%
8 out of 10 calls are resolved without anyone on the team stepping in.

What everybody asks

The twelve questions that come up before deciding. Answered here so nobody has to call and ask.

What is digalook and which businesses is it for?

digalook is heydiga's product for beauty and wellness businesses: hair salons, barbershops, beauty centres, nail and lash salons, spas and laser hair removal centres. It answers the salon's phone and WhatsApp 24/7 in a natural voice, books appointments into its real calendar and keeps clients informed, without anyone having to stop work to answer.

Does it answer on WhatsApp the same way as on the phone?

Yes, digalook handles the salon's calls and WhatsApp with the same assistant and the same information, so it makes no difference whether the client calls or writes, and it does not duplicate appointments between the two channels. In beauty this matters a lot: WhatsApp is the main channel for most small hair salons and barbershops. The plans section shows how to add the WhatsApp channel to each plan.

Can it win back clients who have not been in for a while?

Yes, digalook calls and messages clients who have not been to the salon for months, offers them an appointment and puts it in the calendar if they accept. It also follows up after a treatment and reminds clients of their next visit when the service cycle comes round: in a nail and lash salon, for example, it wins back the client who drifts away five weeks after their infill.

Does it work if I have several sites?

Yes, digalook works with several sites. Each one can have its own line, opening hours, team and services, or share a single number that routes every call to the right salon, so anyone calling a particular salon talks about that salon. How calls are split between sites and how a chain is set up are defined before going live. The plans section shows which plan includes bookings across sites.

How is it different from an online booking app?

A booking app waits for the client to open it and book themselves; digalook looks after the client who calls or writes, who in a salon is still half the clientele. It also handles what an app does not cover: last-minute changes, questions about a service or price, or a client who does not want to install anything. With Booksy, Treatwell or Koibox it does not replace them: it answers the phone and writes into that same calendar.

How does it manage the calendar when there are several professionals?

digalook books by professional when the business works that way. It asks the client who they would like the appointment with, finds a slot in that person's calendar and respects their hours and days off. If there is no availability, it offers another option or leaves a message for the salon to call back.

Does it understand that each service takes a different amount of time?

Yes. digalook books using the real length of each service, so a colour does not take up the same time as a cut: it respects the processing time of a dye or a treatment and can fit overlapping services when the salon works that way. It is the difference between booking well and filling the calendar with impossible slots.

Can callers tell that an AI voice agent is not a person?

heydiga speaks in a voice so natural that many customers would struggle to tell the difference: it understands interruptions, replies in real time and uses no menus or "press 1". Even so, it introduces itself as a virtual assistant from the very start, as the EU AI Act requires. And if the customer would rather speak to someone on the team, it passes the call on.

Do I have to change my number or software to answer calls with AI?

Nothing needs to change to use heydiga. The business keeps its phone number and its management software: heydiga connects to the calendar or CRM it already uses to check and create appointments, tickets or orders, and if it uses none, heydiga provides one. Each business decides which calls to divert: all of them, after-hours calls or only the ones it cannot get to.

What does the voice agent do if it does not know the answer to a question?

heydiga does not improvise: it never makes up a price, an opening time or an appointment. When a question falls outside what it has been given, it says so and transfers the call to the business's team or takes a message, which arrives straight away. Everything it could not resolve is logged and helps widen what it can handle.

How long does it take to set up an AI voice agent?

heydiga starts answering within minutes and there is nothing to install. The business explains how it works (services, prices, opening hours and who does what), the calendar it already uses is connected and the phone is diverted. From then on heydiga answers the calls, and the next day the business sees everything that came in on the dashboard.

What security certifications does heydiga have?

heydiga is certified under Spain's National Security Framework (ENS) at medium category (Royal Decree 311/2022) and under ISO 27001. It runs on servers in the European Union, complies with the GDPR and encrypts data in transit and at rest.
